I continue to strive for success with a business model that focuses on honesty and integrity. My ultimate goal is to satisfy my client, no matter how much time and effort it may take. I truly understand that buying or selling a home is a significant event in a person's life and I am fully prepared to do everything I can to make it a positive experience. I do not "push" on my clients to buy a house, but rather give them the tools and information necessary to make a good decision on finding the right property or getting the best price for their home.
My Background....
Hardworking and trustworthy, I have earned an outstanding reputation in real estate sales due to my extensive background in real estate appraisal, a clear comprehension of complex markets and a genuine concern for my client's needs. I was born into a family of Real Estate - both Realtors and Appraisers. As I pursued a degree in Psychology at DePaul University in Chicago, I made the decision to obtain a Real Estate Appraisal license. After several years of appraisal field work, rigorous education requirements and a highly complex state exam, I achieved stature as an advanced Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Illinois. I eventually moved to southern California and specialized in the valuation of multi-million dollar homes in San Diego County. Over time, I realized how my psychology degree and appraisal skills could play a key role in real estate sales and decided to branch out into the sales arena. I have not looked back since and now have over 15 years in the real estate business!
I have been servicing the real estate needs of San Diego County's most discerning clients, from high-end and new construction to investment properties and first time home buyers. There is no substitute for knowledge and experience. I was recently voted in the top 7% of all agents in San Diego for "Best in Client Satisfaction" as a result of a past history of staisfied clients as featured in San Diego Magazine.

If you are purchasing a home, I will create a personalized webpage that sends you daily emails on all new listings and price reductions so you are constantly informed and on top of the new inventory and pricing.
Both buyers and sellers will fully understand all paperwork, contracts and addendums being utilized throughout the transaction and have a clear understanding of current market conditions and comparables. I will negotiate on your behalf and keep you informed as to your contractual agreements and time frames. You will always know where you stand, not matter what, when it comes to showings, pricing, contracts and closing. You will receive excellent servivce with exceptional results.
